John Woudsma has been building in the Hamptons for more than 27 years as Woudsma and Associates Inc.,
specializing in upper end luxury homes in the Hamptons. Our mission is to be successful builders and to accomplish
this, we build  quality homes to fulfill our clients' expectations. It is our goal to involve our clients in the exciting
process of being the builder of their dreams.   It is no wonder that  our  relationship lasts long after the project has
been completed.

   John Woudsma, graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. In business in 1961.  While continuing my
education I was employed by Dun and Bradstreet as a financial annalist.  In 1965, I became a teacher of business
and accounting in the New York City school system. I Received a M.S  from Hofstra University in 1977 and after
considerable construction experience Woudsma and Associates Inc.  was conceived.

   John G. Woudsma joined his father in 1991 upon graduating from Auburn University with a B.S. In Building
Science. John has added a technical knowledge of construction and is a stickler for details.

  Construction has a never ending learning curve.   Better educated clients, ever evolving styles, new technology ,
new building products, and accessibility to exotic speciality items  allows us to redefine our future projects .  We
choose our sub contractors for knowledge of there trade, their character and their ability to fit into our  project.
